At the hotel’s self-check-in machine, you can book vacant rooms around the clock with a credit card / debit card. Those who have already made a firm booking can arrive around the clock thanks to the booking number.
No traditional reception.
No waiting times.
That’s how easy check-in works:
Book free rooms on site without prior reservation:
- Choose a language
- click on “I don’t have a reservation”
- Select number of nights
- Select the number of guests
- Select a free room category
- Enter your last name
- Payment by debit or credit card, no cash!
- Completely fill out and confirm the registration form
- Sign the registration form
- Room number is displayed
- Withdraw debit or credit card
- Remove room card
- Remove the booking receipt – your room number is on the receipt!
- You will receive an invoice by email after check-out
Check in directly with prior online reservation:
- Choose a language
- click on “I have a reservation”
- please enter your online booking number when making an online reservation OR please enter your reservation number when making reservation via email
- Check reservation details and complete check-in
- Payment by debit or credit card, no cash!
- Completely fill out and confirm the registration form
- Sign the registration form
- Room number is displayed
- Withdraw debit or credit card
- Remove room card
- Remove the booking receipt – your room number is on the receipt!
- You will receive an invoice by email after check-out
